It has been disclosed that the Director of the Post Falls Highway District as well as some of commissioners will be in attendance at the Public Involvement Meeting schedule for Tuesday September 15th from 6 – 8PM.

HDR Engineering will be presenting and may or may not have exhibits with some preliminary conceptual designs.
Public Comment forms will be available at the event.
It is of the upmost importance that we attend this meeting and submit the comment forms, advocating – above all – that tasteful sound dampening walls be included as part of the initial design and budget creation process. It is likely that this will be on the ballot in 2021 so sound barriers must be taken into consideration long before as to ensure they are constructed at the same time.
Final voting on the 3 conceptual designs is scheduled for December 16th – if sound damping is not part of design it is unlikely to happen.
