PFHD deployed a crew from Washington to the old bridge site (north side) to take core samples. One neighbor asked if they were doing environmental studies and they said, “no not exactly.”

He tried to contact the Post Falls Highway District and they refuse to talk with him (many others have reported similar behavior from the District recently). He was told to send his comments to the engineering firm they hired.
